I regularly receive emails about general or specialist questions about a piano, and I am happy to help.
As you can imagine; reading and replying various enquiries can take several hours, days, weeks or even months to complete, depending on the questions asked. Some enquiries require a photo or 2, and I offer the best advice possible.
I can usually start you off with a few free pieces of advise.
I charge an hourly rate of £40 per hour for all online services, which may provide you with the information you are looking for.

For example, if you have bought a piano and then enquiring about a major restoration, this usually takes about 3-4 weeks to process.
Your piano will need to be pre-assessed online (if not local) asking some questions/ photos etc., then your piano must be physically inspected and checked over prior to any restoration agreement, so see if your piano is "restoreable".
